Translating a dine-in legacy brand into a modern quick-service concept.

When Al Basha’s Crooks Avenue location opened, the family wanted to transform their Main Street restaurant into a delivery- and takeout-focused concept without losing its heritage. The challenge was to quickly build awareness for the new concept, attract digital-first customers, and establish Basha as a go-to for both quick meals and catering orders.

We took over social media management with a heavy emphasis on viral TikTok content, paired with paid campaigns targeting local delivery audiences. Email marketing and graphic design supported catering promotions, while content highlighted speed, flavor, and convenience.
